Stopped in Pisco, Peru (sea level) to board a flight to Cuzco, Peru (elevation 12,000 ft = Altitude sickness is no joke) only to be disappointed again as the Machu Picchu leg from Cuzco was cancelled due to protesters shutting down the railways… fucking clowns. #UltimateWorldCruise
