Where can I find some documentation for Citrine relay, I have it installed on my phone but but it is not working so I must not have it configured correctly.

I have Citrine installed on my phone but it does not seem to be doing anything so guess it is configured wrong and I can't find any docs to show me the error of my ways.

What is up with hashtags, on Iris I see people using a lot of hashtags like #plebechain but on Coracle I don't see that.

I started using nostr with Iris, it appears none of my post go anywhere when using Iris, I cannot find my public key for Iris that may be an issue. Using Coricle posting to introductions I received a few reply's within hours. Surly there is a guide for using Iris somewhere?
