Today is the 17th anniversary of the #Bitcoin White Paper. What better way to kick off celebrations than by sharing MP Joël Lightbound’s inspiring statement in Parliament on the15th anniversary of this civilizational breakthrough. Lightbound is currently Canada’s federal Minister of Government Transformation, Public Works and Procurement.
Scenes from the recent “Bitcoin on the Hill” event in Ottawa, co-sponsored by the Bitcoin Coalition of Canada. We were honoured to meet with a number of Ministers and MPs, across parties, to discuss the many economic, social and environmental benefits of #Bitcoin #BTC for Canada and the world.
