I took a nap this afternoon and woke up from a nightmare. I had this crazy dream in which @jack mallers promised us two years ago that we would be using lightning to shop at Walmart, McDonalds, and 7-11. Bitcoin personalities are extremely terrifying. It is no wonder Satoshi remained anonymous. I suspect that he saw this all coming.

There was a time I didn't know it at the time, I don't even remember when exactly, but it was a moment where I sipped coffee from a styrofoam cup for the last time. They used to be entirely ubiquitous. Birthday parties, bbq's, church basements, school cafeterias, music concerts, everywhere. One day, I don't know when, they were just gone.
