A little Lightning appreciation post: On our latest England trip, we stopped by @Peter McCormack ’s Real Coffee in Bedford for coffee, and picked up some #realbedford merch. Paid with Lightning through @ZEUS + @Nostr Wallet Connect + @Alby running on my @Start9 - worked perfectly as usual. Hit Steak and Shake in Calais on the way back, but unfortunately their self-checkout doesn’t do Lightning, only in Person orders it seems. Immediatly topped up Lightning liquidity anyway with @Pocket Bitcoin 🏦👉🏻🔑. Simple wire transfer to Ligtning in less than 5 minutes 👌🏼 Appreciate the teams making this stuff simple for a pleb like me.❤️ #bitcoin #lightning

Interval session, focussed on two stroke rates, 20 and 26. Interestingly, the waterrower app displays the workout correctly, but as there are 8 minutes of stretching intervals in the program they generate a worthless share sheet. #rowstr #proofofwork
