Don’t believe every AI search result you read. I’d seen other examples of G’s AI promoting fiction as fact, but this is my first, personal encounter. I asked if Rian Johnson, the director of The Wake Up Dead Man movie, was in the movie, as I thought he may have had a cameo as one of the non-speaking characters in the diner. This is what G’s AI told me. I’ve highlighted the relevant error. Father Jud, one of the leads in the movie, is played by Josh O’Connor … a fact that a ton of other websites have correct, yet somehow this truth eluded G’s AI Overview. #aislop

My last 2 Conqueror medals for 2025 just showed up. Nice, heavy chunks of decorated metal. 🤩 Eye glasses included for scale. The 2025 celebrates 450 miles for the year. I initially had a 500 mile goal, but dropped it down due to issues with my right foot. Feeling good about 2026, so set a goal of 700 miles for the year (about 1.9 miles/day). The Tokyo medal was the first trip I’d done solely on the Conqueror app, as they used to allow access to the trip postcards and maps on their website. Was very disappointed- the map is difficult to use and since it’s on my phone, the screen grabs of the scenery are so small compared to what I could get on my desktop. The map was so annoying I gave up after the first three days. 😣 But I still love the medals, so am going for the Strange New Worlds Star Trek medal first and adding to my 2026 total every day. Frozen pizza without seed oils! Amazing crust, good amount of cheese. This is the third version of a seed-oil frozen pizza I’ve tried and it’s definitely the best. 🥇 There was another Newman’s Own right beside this one that did have seed oils, so I almost didn’t pull this one out to check the ingredients. #dinner #pizza #seedoil
