I’m wearing this every day until the election because wanting to address obesity rates, reliance of prescription drugs for chronic metabolic conditions, and the toxins in our food supply should be important to every American. Health is not a partisan issue. #MAHA

A handful of people have asked me recently if I’m getting the Covid booster and/or flu shot. Not a single one of them looks healthy or like someone who should be giving health advice. If you are my age or younger, overweight, suffering from various aches and pains and take multiple prescription drugs for chronic illnesses that are preventable with diet & exercise, STFU.
