Why is it taking me forever to create a clip to save? @Fountain sometimes no problem, others it takes days to save the video. Why can I no longer share to Nostr when I create clips? Great CarPlay got better… what about using the app to engage with content. It’s frustrating for a fan.

I have a momma bear warrior who’s been building one based on her clients. And alongside tracking success for various interventions. She’s not on Nostr, yet. It’s wild how often back pain and shoulder pain improve with vision training. It’s way cool when someone goes from 1 pull up to 6 because of a cranial nerve activation from one set to the next. An anxiety attack can end in seconds with vagus nerve input. Trainers say people just need to move more… Just moving isn’t addressing a deficit in cranial nerve 5 or 7, and yet those are crucial cranial nerves in the brain stem. If something happened and your vision and/or vestibular system are holding threat… just moving is ignoring the threat in higher order systems, which makes just moving potentially more harmful than a positive workout. Whether it’s training or visiting your chiropractor, your nervous system requires you to understand yourself to get the best benefits. What if improving your life is moving and sensory input first… Or maybe improving comes from inhibiting parts of the brain. That was the magic for me dialing back my sympathetic system. Do the brain based assessments, find the drills that support you, practice them with training, and connect the dots to your history… you can intentionally transform for health. You can hold the keys to your master interface system when you understand the language your body speaks. Who’s ready for Neuro Navigation?
