Dancing is moving through one’s brain map. The awareness the brain has for body movement… it’s current state of neuroplasticity. As a neuro trainer… we seek to improve the brain map with better inputs so the output is a better result. Vision and vestibular play a role… especially if someone has head injury in their history and they experience knee pain while dancing or after dancing for X time period. I love this part of the conversation… right to start! @Efrat Fenigson @Dr. Alexis Cowan

TL/DR: Your visual system plays a critical role in your health. Applied neurology can help you identify and train your personal circumstances. So many trainers are so cocky and good at what they do because the more you move the better you improve your brain map, which is the foundation of your nervous system. They show people how a healthy nervous system is fully capable of maximizing one's physical potential. So what happens when someone doesn't become the ideal client for the personal trainer? Despite they're eating the diet and doing the exercises along with everyone else... Why don't they get the incredible body too? Why do they plateau with weights while others progress? Why when someone stops going to the gym after years of discipline do they seem to suddenly stop and not care? I believe the story and healing lies in the nervous system. How are you training your eyes daily? What do your eyes do day in and day out? What if you were intentional with the training your eyes "need" based on the experiences life has delivered you? "Need" because you want to identify the threat that is embedded in your personal vision system. Knowing your personal visual system creates opens the door for you to begin to decrease the threat in your visual system. This impacts cranial nerves 2, 3, 4, & 6.... So kinda a big deal!

The greatest scare of losing your manhood… are you getting lots of sun? Specifically morning sunrise, rain or shine? What tech is doing to kids… celibacy syndrome! How do you think tech and led blue lights is impacting kids who have transgender feelings? Why is it no longer really easy to share @Fountain clips to Nostr? The easy direct share button disappeared. @Oscar Merry am I an idiot?

The box your mind lives in… Your language, my language, reveals yours and my box. The perception of your world created your box. What’s the power of the belief you hold? How are you emotionally tied to various beliefs? Does a belief takeover your rational, regulated self? The hardest pill for me to swallow was an honest assessment for the things that occupied my mental space. Mentors would suggest to me that I consume too much information, and I would miss the connection to the creative possibility I was ignoring when consuming information. NLP certification taught me that you can expedite your identity, and yet it felt inauthentic to program yourself. The interesting part about being curious enough to take in lots of different information, eventually the authentic parts start to really shine. Maybe you’re a people pleaser too and enjoy being liked by others. Although now I know that’s my social brain seeking safety. Others have taught me a lot through experiencing their beliefs. Limiting beliefs are everywhere, life is like wandering through a mine field. The best friendships bring awareness and they hold the best potential for your future self. It’s just that most of our best friends fail to recognize the power of beliefs, because we were never taught their true potential. The book is 17 years old now, “The Biology of Belief” and it talks about the perception of science that we were taught and the pieces of science that were missing from the education we received. You create your own box, and solving the problems you face inside your box is an inside job of awareness and change of application. In neuro training you discover the difficulty of reading your label from inside the jar. Are you looking for community to support your growth in 2026?
