So my slightly strange journey into Bitcoin started in 2012. Quick disclaimer- I didn’t make it rich. 🙄 Essentially what happened was that I got into Bitcoin and then Litecoin and inadvertently ended up running a Bitcoin node but really had no idea what I was doing. I had technical problems and computer issues, lost my LTC and ended up spending my BTC on gift cards but can’t for the life of me remember what i spent those on! 😩 I then left the space entirely and didn’t get back in until 2021 during the bull market. I played around with some shit coins but didn’t really get orange pilled until early 2022. 🍊🌅 The crazy thing is that despite all my time wasting we’re still early! Mass adoption is around the corner and bitcoin is really the only serious option as money. ⚡️😎🙏 #plebchain

So what is Tai Chi really about? 🤔Depends who you ask. For me it’s similar to a daily meditation. The benefits are hard to articulate but felt profoundly in the mind and body. As I got older I focused more on fundamentals such as opening the body, releasing and stretching all of the muscles and soft tissues which cultivates quite incredible change to one’s being. ‘Sung’ translated roughly as releasing or letting go is the key and changed the way I saw the art. Paradoxically it also improved dramatically the other martial arts I was practicing but that’s another post. The practitioner in the photo is Damo Mitchell. #TaiChi #grownostr #plebchain 💚🌅😊

Hey Nostr, quick post about Taiji/Tai Chi. The art seems to be going through somewhat of a renaissance. I’ve noticed big gains being made especially in the Yang style from many teachers that have come to prominence over the last 10 years or so. The standard has really shifted! So what’s it all about. Well I’m going to write regular posts on the subject from my own experience, I guess that’s all any of us can really do. I’ve been into it since 2001 and started practising with the HME - ‘Heaven Man Earth’ guys in 2018, kudos to them. Also other teachers from some Yang lineages. I love that many of those guys are free spirits, some are into crypto but they all share an interest in building a better world - true creative types. Watch this space. 😊🙏 #grownostr #plebchain
