As we approach our 1 month anniversary, wishing to express how proud we are to have launched @Bitcoin Beans into the world! It’s been a dream in the making for a long time, years of learning from the land and coming into good relation with her coupled with building solid relationships and friendships with our farmers in Colombia. To be able to present to the world what we believe is some of the purest cacao out there is an absolute honour, and brings us so much joy! This first month has been incredible, the response from the nostr and Bitcoin community has blown us away! Pretty much on a daily basis people reach out on here in ways that touch our hearts! Not just through sales but genuine words of strength and encouragement and offers to help in various ways. It’s incredible! A big surprise! But why should we be surprised, this is our human nature after all, and this is the medicine of cacao, to open hearts, to help us communicate with ourselves and to the rest of the world from this space rather than just the mind. I see the cacao working its magic so profoundly everywhere she goes! And finally, a big big shout out to @Oshi (推し) ! For those that don’t know, @Oshi (推し) is our warehouse guy in SC, he holds all the stock and then packages up and distributes out, without him I don’t know how we would do this. And to @The Bullish ₿itcoiner who created a kick ass website and always seems to be on hand to answer my ignorant techie questions with patience and positivity, this guy is Bullish! Chocolate Fondant! A romantic sharing plate! No better way to eat fruit than have it smothered in delicious 100% Colombian Cacao! This will take your sensory experience to new levels! Super easy… melt your cacao above some boiling water on the stove, add a little coconut oil or some @Great Ghee to keep the texture runny, decant the melted cacao into a bowl, and then dip all your favourites fruits in it. Here we’ve gone for no added sweetener to the cacao because the fruits are already loaded with natural sugars, but each to their own! We have; blueberries, banana, pineapple, mandarin, mango and watermelon. If i had space on the plate I would have also got some strawberries in there too. Apple is delicious as well. Enjoy!
