I edited clips for years before anyone ever paid me for it. Just me and a timeline making short videos because I enjoyed it. No strategy, no audience, no plan. Just the work. And looking back I think that's kind of the whole point. Find the thing you'd do even if nobody was watching (or paying). Because once you have that, everything else starts to make sense. Your decisions, your energy, where you spend your time, it all lines up. I know that sounds cheesy, but there's a lot of truth in it. I think this week's newsletter is going to be about exactly this. The movement you're seeing in this video is my all time favorite movement in the sport of CrossFit. The Power Clean! Once you've figured it out, people can make this movement look sooo easy, even with a shit ton of weight added. But to get there you have to put in the reps. A lot of reps. We bitcoiners call it Proof of Work and honestly, this applies to pretty much everything.
