So I worked out on Thanksgiving and Friday. But I went off my diet for 3 days. I hit the gym dumb hard today back on my nutritionally packed natural food consumption. And man I had a killer workout and feel like a monster after a 1 lbs of beef and eggs for dinner! LFG!!!!🫡🍳🥩🍄💪

Mother fucker at th gym was super unstable, very sad. Talking to himself flailing around with dumbbells in his hands. Luckily they through him out before I had to step in, he was making the women around him nervous and I didn’t want hurt him if he had mental issues. Actually had to toss a drunk fool twice my size across the room at a concert this weekend. Luckily it got broken up because as soon as he stumbled to his feet he was about to get hit with a 6 piece but thankfully it didn’t come to that. World is crazy right now!
