After two weeks off from Judo / self-defense (autumn break, then a cold), I was back in the dojo last night 🙌 We simulated fight scenarios so it was a lot of fun. In one scenario, we ended with wrist grabs, which are becoming my favourites. I got to practice ikkyo, nikyo, and sankyo for a solid 30 minutes. I’m starting to get the hang of it. I’m moving a little faster and I’m not thinking about technique as much. I’m paying attention to my opponent, seeing how she moves, and making adjustments.
