I read this book in 1997
It changed my life
It’s about the energy that we give & take from the World around us, recognizing coincidences as meaningful, & elevating our consciousness
49% of consumer spending is driven by the top 10% of wealthiest households, underscoring how the bottom 50% contribute less than 25% despite representing the majority of the population
my wife told me this morning that “I need to stop posting weird economic shit on my Instagram stories” (it’s literally the charts that I post here on Nostr)
she said that four have people reached out to her to see if I was OK 🤦🏻♂️
the reason I am reposting this content to my normie friends is because they are largely all oblivious to this shrinking ship
🥩 Wholesale beef prices rose 29% from 2020 to 2024
🥩 Retail beef prices rose 26% over the same period
As of 2025, ground beef reached $6.25 per pound & beef prices are up over 11% year-over-year, nearly quadruple the overall food inflation rate. The USDA projects wholesale beef prices will increase another 10.5% in 2025
I started studying economics when I realized something didn’t add up… my home, my stocks, & my Bitcoin had all doubled in price, yet a 10-pound bag of ice quietly shrank to 7 pounds, a box of granola got 30% smaller while costing more, & a ribeye steak that used to be $10 a pound now costs $17 per pound
🤯 for 220 years, the federal debt hovered… then 🧨💥 it hit $1 trillion, & now it’s skyrocketing past $37.5 trillion! this exponential climb is no longer a wake-up call… our children & grandchildren are buried in Federal debt
