Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of Grayscale, in a lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the matter of a bitcoin ETF, and SEC doesn't really have ground to appeal, there isn't much choice for the bankster gangsters... The banking system is in the pickle right now. If Biden wants to stay in power, we need yield curve control which will cause hyperinflation. If there is no yield curve control, we will get depression and defaults. (Interest rates are too high and debt to gdp is too high). If BTC ETF is approved, people will start leaving the system and start hyperbitcoinization. Over $20T competing over 15-20% available Bitcoin supply... Not to mention the public inclusion when they see the price skyrocketing. My guess is therefore BTC ETF will not be approved this year, and according to stock to flow chart we could still hit $14-15k before halving. That said, I would never gamble with Bitcoin. Just keep stacking Sats and DCA in.
