More debunking practices coming to tech companies… I don't know if you have seen... next Tuesday discussion in the EU: „EU protection against risks from foreign investments. A proposal to boost EU screening system of foreign direct investments (FDIs) to identify and mitigate potential risks to EU security is up for a vote by the International Trade Committee. Issues potentially of relevance include access to sensitive information, the supply of critical materials, and control over crucial technologies such as AI, navigation technologies, connectivity, energy and biotechnologies. In 2024, non-EU investors owned over 35% of EU assets.” Im afraid, it means more debanking just because you have investments from the U.S. in your company/ charity while in the EU almost nobody simply invest in the innovations... or protection of privacy…

HOLD ABUSERS OF POWER AND AML/CFT LAWS ACCOUNTABLE On April 1, 2025, the European Parliament revoked the immunities of two Polish MEPs, Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. It is one of the most important decisions for me and many victims of their abuse of power. It is one of the most important decisions for me and many victims of their abuse of power. What have Kaminski and Wasik done? As former top officials of Polish special services who served from 2015 to 2023, they abused power / exploited the state apparatus, misused AML/CFT laws, and EU financial system to silence critics, their families and seize assets from dozens of prominent Polish businessmen. Kamiński and Wąsik must face justice for the political harassment and destruction of hundreds of victims' lives over the last 10 years. Although they are no longer in power, the consequences of their weaponization of AML/CFT laws and the entire state apparatus continue globally today: all victims still suffer from financial exclusion, lack effective instruments to restore their reputation for bunisess relations in the international market, or even simply to secure employment. The most important: the EU AML regulation doesn’t provide any protection against such practices. That is why it is so important for the #EU Commission and #FATF to review the AML/CFT rules and develop remedies against such practices. We presented in detail the scale of the problem and how it undermines EU competitiveness in the report:

In late January 2025, the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw initiated an official investigation into power abuse by former Interior Minister Mariusz Kamiński, his deputy Maciej Wąsik, Internal Security Agency (ABW) officers, and the former Head of the Office for Foreigners. The probe focuses on security services' actions against Lyudmyla Kozlovska of the Open Dialogue Foundation. The attacks weren't limited to me; they targeted my family and organization as well. They mobilized the entire state apparatus against us, from tax officials to the Internal Security Agency. Their aim was to brand me a Russian agent, while ironically employing tactics reminiscent of Russian repression themselves. We have survived, resisting and still overcome these enormous challenges thanks to #Bitcoin, being financially excluded in #Belgium. Now, the ODF and other victims of their abuses have a real opportunity to hold these perpetrators accountable for their crimes. I encourage other victms to follow my example and file criminal complaint against them, and in parallel defend freedom tech so we always ready to resist malicious attacks by abusers of state institutions and mechanisms. Our joint efforts to hold them accountable will be a significant step towards justice and the restoration of democratic values in #Poland and the globally 🧡

Back in 2023- 2024 we were struggling to find EU bitcoiners who wanted to participate in the advocacy in defense of FreedomTech Bitcoin mining. We got support of few Czech, Italian, UK and American bitcoiners and grateful for our FreedomTech angels. The results what you see by Czech central bank head wants it to buy billions of euros in bitcoin is a result of a direct investment by bitcoiners and activists like us in defense of the industry and end-users rights/FreedomTech. It is possible to repeat in every member state of the EU if you agree to invest in your rights and join movement of FreedomTech Embassy. When you fight for your rights, you get results and rewards. A lot of people surprised that XRP/Ripple attacks bitcoin in the EU. I was previously said that Ripple was side to side with other bitcoiners in the US defending/ lobbying in favor of the crypto industry. In the EU there is no bitcoin lobby as in the US. So if you go to any public event of the crypto industry or read their recommendations, you will see that Ripple and ETH foundation consistently have been attacking bitcoin for the last years. Thanks to them we have now less privacy for financial freedoms since they didn’t support our amendments for AML regulation before it was adopted last year. So Im not surprised why they now attack BSR in the US.
