Split zaps between relays.
Client side option to set a percentage of zaps to that relay any time a zap is sent.
Relays get paid, users have the option to support v4v. Unfortunately, unless defaulted on or as part of a relay add, most users will opt out, so not a high income stream, but it would allow me to support the relays I use passively while I use Nostr.

We need more fossil fuel usage not less. Reliable cheap sources of energy will be how we find a cleaner source that is as reliable and cheap. Do not pretend to save the planet when the entire process to make most "renewable" power generators require fossil fuels and in most cases just thrown away after breaking down or their lifespan.
