Just received my annual podcast listening stats from AnetennaPod. I listened to 367 hours of podcasts, probably because @jack mallers likes to go long. I still have 33 hours left, because @Shawn won't stop. It normally takes me over six days to get to a release episode, so I hope nothing @ODELL says is absolutely urgent. Apparently I have a clean desk. Which, normally, is true. I expect @econoalchemist does as well. And it appears @Danny Knowles takes the top spot this year. How many times a week do you publish? Finished this one today. For not being a believer, he sometimes has better insights on Christian living than proclaimed believers. I enjoyed this one and recommend it.

Black Friday in my home has no concern for shopping or the sales occurring. It's a family day - just my wife and children. Today we begin our Christmas season and will spend the morning transforming our home for the season. Photos are swapped out, pillows exchanged, garlands and wreaths hung, and a number of trees in several rooms. And of course, we begin playing our favorite Christmas music. I know many start the season much earlier, but the little ones love the anticipation and tradition for the day after Thanksgiving. Merry Christmas, everyone!
