Fulgur Ventures also invested in Alby. An Alby developer this week launched OP_RETURN Social — a base-layer data protocol explicitly designed to be “BIP-110 compatible.” Paid ads are already being run on Nostr to seed adoption before lock-in. This is coordinated conflict of interest. The financial relationships are documented. The timing is not a coincidence. When the same VC funds both the infrastructure company AND the developer opposing the UASF that threatens that infrastructure - that’s not organic opposition. Undisclosed conflicts of interest belong in the open. Highly unethical and unprofessional. If you support core, it’s time you started to think about why we use Bitcoin and if this is the kind of immature and antisocial behavior you want to support. #bip110

@Matthew Kratter is seriously one of the most underrated Bitcoin podcasts. I’ve learned a ton from his videos. He consistently delivers super informative content, even when a big part of the community pushes back because of years of mixed messaging from Core. More people will come around eventually.
