The answer is that we should do more to push back on the government to push them to fix fiat. We shouldn’t peacefully subvert the system by creating an inconsolable alternative like #bitcoin because they might censor the apps.

The Japanese have a word “Buji” which has a modern translation of ”peace, security, quietness”. However in Zen, "Buji" (無事) interpretation goes deeper than this. It identifies it as a state of being where everything is accepted as it is, without needing to achieve, or chase outcomes. It’s about being in the present moment without striving for more, about simplicity and non-attachment, of “nothing special”. This single concept and its application has done more to help me find calmness and centeredness than anything else I’ve learned in probably the last five years. Hope you all have an awesome week 😎 🫡

Taxing unrealized gains ignores inflation. Your assets will rise in price because the unit of account devalues. In the end, it’s just an indirect way of inflating away debt by tapping into the inflated nominal value of assets. Your assets become inflation enablers. #bitcoin
