Reminder: Stop outsourcing your intuition 𓁹

Once a young child starts walking, it’s time to ditch the diapers. Keep a couple of potties handy and let your child run naked and free around the house (+ outside if you have access to a peaceful outdoor space). At first you will have to look for their cues to avoid an accident on the floor. But children learn SO quickly. Soon they will just go to the potty on their own once they understand. You’ll be surprised at how fast children become potty trained this way. My son was fully potty trained by 18 months (including at night), and my daughter, who just turned one, hasn’t worn a diaper in nearly two months. Naked and free is the way. Children are more aware of themselves than you might think, especially when you create the right environment for them to learn and understand how things work.

These days, finding pure chocolate without soy lecithin or fillers is a challenge, so we craft our own at home. I’m melting cacao butter and coconut oil to create homemade organic matcha white chocolate. My toddler helps by stirring together the organic matcha and milk powder. It’s gonna be so good.

No clothes and diaper free is the way. Kids just want to be free, and potty training is so much easier this way. My son was fully potty trained by 18 months (including at night), and my daughter, who just turned one, only has occasional accidents if there’s no potty in sight. If you don’t force your kids to wear clothes at home, they’re much more willing to get dressed when necessary, like when going out and about.
