These days, finding pure chocolate without soy lecithin or fillers is a challenge, so we craft our own at home. I’m melting cacao butter and coconut oil to create homemade organic matcha white chocolate. My toddler helps by stirring together the organic matcha and milk powder. No clothes and diaper free is the way. Kids just want to be free, and potty training is so much easier this way. My son was fully potty trained by 18 months (including at night), and my daughter, who just turned one, only has occasional accidents if there’s no potty in sight. If you don’t force your kids to wear clothes at home, they’re much more willing to get dressed when necessary, like when going out and about.

Currently getting traditional Sak Yant Twin Tiger tattoos in honor of my son born Year of the Water Tiger. I got lucky and found an Arjan in Toronto who has been tattooing since he was 8 years old. He leaves in 2 weeks to go back to his family in Thailand. He also has a son born Year of the Tiger, same age as my son. The sacred syncronicities are unmatched. I have dreamed my whole life to get Sak Yant Twin Tigers... but it was never supposed to Be until now. For good reason. This is such a blessing for myself and especially for my son. These yants are written specifically for my son so he is always protected and is guided with strength + prosperity in his life's journey.

Viking Hair Rinse For long and strong hair 🪢 • Nettle • Rosemary • Chamomile • Rose Petals • Hibiscus Brew with boiling water like tea and leave it to soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning, strain it and rinse your hair. You can leave it in and let your hair dry or wash it out. Best to let it sit for at least 2 hours and soak in.
