Sadly, most of you haven't yet experienced the magic of my legendary Kashmiri Chai. This was one of my specialties to make in our teahouse.
The pink color in Kashmiri Chai comes from a unique oxidation process rather than artificial dyes. It takes about 30 minutes to make a batch. Definitely a POW Chai.
