For much of the last three years I haven't had too much of a problem with the for you algorithm on X. Yes it feeds one's biases but it was random enough to provide views of those other than in my echo chamber. I appreciated this even if I often disagreed with them. Recently though "ForYou" has become nose to tail Elon Musk and his sycophants. And I don’t even follow him. So a little advice to Nostr clients when they design their algorithms. I don't wish to live in an ideological silo, X was at it's best when there was a broad ranging discussion.
