Feels like they could be discussing #Bitcoin ... Normies always have the same reaction to new #technology, but they always end up following the herd when the new, superior #tech wins out. To be fair tho the #iPhone was a lot easier of a concept to grasp:] people always understood cellphones, and the #iPod had been around since 2001. For that matter, #smartphones had actually been around a few years earlier than that in 1999 with #Blackberry, although those devices were marketed towards professionals and not the general public. My point being, to be fair to the normies #BTC is a bit of a harder concept to get, but they'll learn... and they are now for that matter
