Just got back from visiting my son and a short vacation in West Virginia. Had fun in and near the New River Gorge National Park. Although we did many fun things, the most memorable was walking on the 2 foot wide catwalk under the 2nd highest bridge in North America. The legs in the photo belong to my husband. It was funny. When we first started walking on the catwalk, it felt like it wasn't more than a foot wide and like we would fall off (couldn't because there was a railing and we were attached to safety lines), but by the end it felt like the cat walk was at least 3 feet wide and was like walking on a regular sidewalk except for the fact that it would vibrate and sway with the traffic overhead.

This is my new decadent treat. I melt two bars of the dark chocolate in a pyrex in a pot of hot water. I then pour half into 8 silicone baking cups. I scoop about 1 tsp of the elderberry spread. Then I pour the rest of the chocolate over the top. It is like a peanutbutter cup, but it is elderberry and the chocolate is super dark. Mmmm.

I normally stick with more serious posts, but this meme from Dr. Robert Malone's substack just struck my funny bone.
