Raising babies & finding peace.
On #twitter, I was entirely irrelevant.
On #nostr, I’m a very small percentage less irrelevant.
But:
I choose how irrelevant I want to be.
I don’t receive a social penalty for seldom posting.
When I have interactions, a much higher percentage are real and authentic.
And when trolls/bot creep in, I can self-manage rather than expect some overarching system to manage it and maybe take action against me too.

Unfortunately I needed the distraction tonight
Watched the Mad Max movie. Was visually impressive.
It’s also a perfect reminder why I’ve largely stopped watching 99% of shows/movies. No lasting impression/impact, lackluster acting, just a distraction.

Back to work tomorrow after taking 8 work days off, which is the most I’ve ever taken off that wasn’t to a child being born.
Felt good to step away 100% from work and regroup, rest and reassess. All the R words.
I’m going back in anticipatory of accomplishing good things and rattling the cages a bit 😁
