Hard seared some little lamb chops with salt and pepper, and added a fried duck egg for lunch. Was delicious. First time trying duck eggs - was not expecting that yolk 😂
My attention span has been absolutely shot the past few weeks. Need to clean that up - I know why it is and it will stop.
