Bard is so much easier to get good info from than GPT. Mainly because of website reads and more current info, but also because it doesn’t seem to forget previous answers or questions, or give cop out answers as much.

Made it 84 hours through the water fast. Had some broth and some beef. Kept up with water. Had a cup of coffee for the first time since I started.
Will have to compose some better thoughts on my first #waterfast experience soon. Was an overall positive one.

At about 43 hours in, and feeling surprisingly good on my first fast.
Some joint aches and a definite dip in energy but no hunger pains or mood swings.
Oh and feeling very envious of all the foods.
Like imaging what an almond butter sandwich tastes like was never a daydream of mine till now 😂
