People sometimes wonder what it's like to hear confessions.
First off, it's an amazing honor, especially when one considers that my job is to obliterate sin.
But it's also pretty boring, honestly. The old saying for confessors: "Men struggle with chastity, women struggle with charity." Rinse and repeat.
Was at a meeting this week. My business manager asked a guy for his email address.
“I don’t have one.”
“Smartest guy in the room,” I responded immediately. And I meant it.
For her legions of Nostr fans, a Poppy video from earlier in the week. Still sadly not my dog, but a faithful employee who comes to the office twice a week.
Had a blast. The most exotic this time around was a guinea pig, which was a little disappointing.

In other relevant Friday news: it’s good to be loved. One of the waitresses decided to hook me up with a little limited edition PCA cereal and a new restaurant-themed T-shirt.
GN, friends. A busy one today, and we'll do it all over again tomorrow. At least this time, it will be in the name of "Friday."
