It's a rough line I don't pretend to have sorted out, but... ...if you want to keep your pseudonym private, and truly care about not being doxed, probably don't involve a lawyer. If it ever rises to the point of actual legal action, in the United States at least, your filing is a matter of public record and the jig is up. I feel like we can debate a lack of charity and goodwill on Will's part, but doxing? Kinda hard for me to be sympathetic when the pseudonym was burned by the owner.
