I'm doing it. A simple LUD-06/LUD-16 address monitor. It's now the 4th time i accidentally broke incoming zaps by upgrading the node, rebooting an app or just stupidity :-) This app will allow you to pre-charge your profile with sats and each hour/day/week (configurable) do a LNUrl lookup, perform a lightning payment, and make sure it goes through.
