Talking to yourself.
When she woke up she felt lost, it was as if the sense of purpose she once had was now gone, what had happened to her? Was it life? It felt as she had everything, yet it didn’t really matter because it was not where she was supposed to be.
“Where am I supposed to be?” She questioned herself.
“Home” said a calm soothing voice coming from herself.
“What is home even?” She asked herself again.
“Somewhere you belong, somewhere where you aren’t lost.”said the voice.
She smiled, “I guess I need to build my home then, cause I’m lost everywhere”. Saying this out loud made her happy. She knew she still didn’t have a solution, but talking to herself helped her sleep.
