There is a grocery store in Naples Florida I find inspirational. It’s called Seed to Table. Most products are grown by the store owner on his own farms and then sold as raw ingredients or they process them into delicious dips, sauces, meals, etc. It reminds me of a Whole Foods but local. Would love to build something like that in my hometown.
