Slow and steady runs with low heart rate. No sunglasses or shirt (max skin solar panel exposure). Ran 13 miles with no water or “fueling.” Took me time to build up to these distances, but it’s fun seeing the look on ppls faces when I say I don’t need water or snacks on these runs.

Running a tiny lightning node now and just had someone randomly open a channel to me for the first time in a long time. Forgot how good that feels. 🤗
