How do I unblock someone on NOSTR. A scammer is impersonating a well known person in the Bitcoin Adoption space, reposting all her content and when I went to a note to block. I blocked the original note creator and not the imposter trying to scam. Help nostrich!

Even YouTube is nudging me more towards other livestreaming equipment. Will start stacking sats towards this if this idea goes anywhere. Help if you'd like to see this be made a reality.
