I know how you feel. I felt so demoralized after losing my job that I remained out of work for a solid year.
Be sure to commit to a routine of going outside every morning & showering every day . It is very easy to bed rot from despair .
Cut down all of your expenses & make the job search from outside of your home a priority . There should be a library or trade school nearby you could make good use of .
Do not be ashamed of seeking food assistance or other forms of government assistance through a lawyer .
It is not your fault . Employers are unreasonable & there are medical limits to what they were asking you to do .
