My go -to food whenever that I dislike eating Mcdonalds, Jollibee or whatsoever. Ate Rica's Bacsilog is a life saver! As easy as 1,2-5 minutes, and yada! You may have your complete meal with rice egg and your chosen dish. What I love most? Of course their creamy cheesy sauce! 💖😍🌻 Bon Appetit! ☺️ image

We’ve all been there. You wake up, stretch, feel that unmistakable heavy fog behind your eyes, and glance down at your smartwatch only to have it confirm your worst fears in bold numbers. A 67 sleep score after exactly 4 hours and 19 minutes of shut-eye is the ultimate morning reality check. When your goal is 8 hours, hitting barely past the halfway mark feels like trying to run a marathon on a quarter-tank of gas. 🫣🫣 image

Geez, I thought I'll be able to sleep when I arrived home but it turned out that I still did work because the boss wants to see the draft I created this afternoon and I thought I'll be able to finish it by tomorrow morning so I just went home.. But no! my gooodness. Some people just don't mind if you are tired or anxious already. ☹️ Anyways, I needed this. I'll just drink this one and go to bed. goodnight! image

Understanding the Silent Battles Around Us 💖 Every single day, we cross paths with hundreds of strangers. We see them on our morning commutes, pass them on footbridges, or stand beside them in crowded lines. To the naked eye, it’s just a sea of faces moving in uniform motion. But as captured so profoundly in this image, every person you pass is carrying a heavy invisible backpack filled with their own worries, fears, and responsibilities. A Reminder to Choose Kindness ✨ This image is a powerful mirror for society. It reminds us that everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know absolutely nothing about. The person who cut you off in traffic might be rushing to an emergency. The cashier who forgot to smile might be wondering how to pay rent. The student who seems distracted might be carrying the weight of a family's financial future. "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle." — Plato (attributed) 🌻🌻 image

Ohayo! ✨✨ The sun rises so shiny today that it looks like there will be no storm coming in the next few hours. Many people are still preparing for the worst because many testimonials were shared that it is the same vibes on what happened before they felt Typhoon Yolanda. I really pray that the upcoming typhoon will just leave with minimal to zero casualties. 🤲 image

The Art of the Nostr Intro: Why Your First Post Matters More Than You Think 🌐✨ Welcome to all the new faces landing on my feed! It is so exciting to see our Nostr community growing every single day. But let’s have a quick, friendly heart-to-heart. 💜 Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of new notes that look a bit like this: “Hi, I’m new here! Good afternoon!” followed by a random selfie or a generic scenery picture. While we love a warm greeting, a simple "hi and hello" often gets lost in the fast-moving global feed. Nostr isn't quite like traditional, algorithmic social media platforms. Here, engagement is organic, and your first post is your golden ticket to building a healthy, long-lasting network. If you want to make a real impact and actually get people to hit that reply button, your introduction needs to be something that clicks with your audience. Your first post sets the tone for your entire profile. Don't just broadcast that you arrived—invite us into your world! Let's build an environment where every new voice brings something engaging to the table. ✨🥰💖 Just a friendly advice from your HR Partner eith bunny ears 😅 #Nostr #NewToNostr #WelcomeToNostr #CommunityBuilding #NostrTips image

Your HR Partner with bunny ears has now limited space on her Google account and that's because of a lot of documents, videos and pictures from my personal to work daily experiences. Now I am thinking to purchase this 100 GB space and based on Google I just need to pay 29.00 Pesos per month if I subscribe now up to september... What do you think? 🫣🫣 image

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO RENDER 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR JOB 🔎✨ Here in the Philippines, rendering your 30-day notice period isn’t just a legal checkbox—it’s the ultimate way to protect your employment history. When you're ready to move on, wrapping up the right way matters.🤏 The professional world is small, and your reputation follows you. Leaving a company with bridges intact is the best gift you can give your future career. So to those who feels tired already (like me,lol) -hear my legal advice as your HR Partner. Always plan. Settle your work accountabilities Complete your turnover and clearance Leave without grudges (well i know its hard but... 🙈🙈) Just think of it like you still need to maintain your reputation. Have a graceful exit. 🤏🤏 Thank me later. #HRPOV #HRPartnerNostr #WorkAdvice image

The "Fast Cash" Trap: Why Job Interviews are a Marathon, Not a Sprint 🛑🏃‍♀️ Let’s be completely honest. When you are looking for a job because the bills are piling up, rent is due, or you need money immediately, the waiting game feels like torture. You want an offer yesterday. When you go into an interview with that "I need money ASAP" mindset, it completely changes your energy. And as someone in HR, I can spot it from a mile away. Desperation makes us rush. It makes us accept toxic environments, overlook red flags, or bomb the interview because we are focused on the paycheck instead of the position. But life and your career? They are a long, winding road. Rushing into the wrong lane just to move faster usually leads to a crash. If you need a job quickly but want to make sure you actually land it, here are three simple interview tips to help you balance your urgent reality with long-term success: 1. Shift Your Energy from "Desperate" to "Driven" 🎯 The Trap: When you need money immediately, you might find yourself saying yes to everything, nodding aggressively, or giving the vibe that you'll take any job just to get hired. The HR Tip: Companies don’t hire people who just need a job; they hire people who want their job. Even if you are financially stressed, anchor yourself before the interview. Take a deep breath and remind yourself of your worth. Show them your skills, your drive, and your competence—not your financial urgency. 2. Prepare the Fundamentals (Don't Wing It) 📋 The Trap: Rushing means skipping preparation. You apply to fifty places, get a call back, and show up without even knowing what the company does. The HR Tip: Spend just 15 minutes before the interview doing three things: researching the company’s core business, matching your past experience to their job description, and practicing your basic "Tell me about yourself" pitch. A little preparation makes you look polished and intentional, which gets you hired faster than trying to wing it. 3. Ask About the Timeline Professionally ⏳ The Trap: Asking "When do I get paid?" or "Can I start tomorrow?" in the first five minutes is a massive red flag for recruiters. The HR Tip: It is completely okay to need a job quickly, and you can ask about the timeline! Just phrase it professionally at the end of the interview: "I am highly motivated to join the team and am ready to onboard immediately. Could you share what your typical timeline looks via the next steps in the hiring process?" This shows you are eager and available without sounding panicked. The Reality Check: The road of life is long. A quick fix today shouldn’t mean a miserable situation for the next year. Treat the interview process with the patience it deserves, even when it’s hard. The right doors open when you show up prepared, grounded, and focused on the journey. To those currently job hunting and feeling the financial pressure: take a deep breath. You've got this. Keep putting one foot in front of the other on that road. 💖💡 #HumanResources #JobHunting #CareerAdvice #InterviewTips #CareerJourney image

HOW TO DEAL WITH A BAD MANAGER AT WORK Dealing with a bad manager is one of the biggest reasons people leave their jobs, but before you hand in that resignation letter, there are ways to navigate the situation strategically. Here is how to handle a difficult boss in the Philippines, written from an HR perspective—broken down simply, legally, and professionally. 🛑 Step 1: Assess the Situation (Is it Bad Management or a Labor Violation?) In the Philippines, there is a big difference between a manager who is just bad at communicating and one who crosses legal lines. The "Difficult" Boss: They micro-manage, give vague directions, or are constantly stressed. While frustrating, this usually requires internal communication and boundaries. The "Illegal" Boss: They engage in Constructive Dismissal (making your work environment so unbearable or hostile that you are forced to quit), verbal abuse, discrimination, or withholding your pay. This crosses into Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) territory. 📋 Step 2: The HR-Approved Game Plan If you want HR to effectively step in and help you, you need to approach the situation with strategy, not just emotion. Here is what you should do: 1. Document Everything (Your Paper Trail) HR cannot act on "My manager is mean to me." We need details. What to save: Keep screenshots of inappropriate Viber/Teams messages, save passive-aggressive emails, and log dates and times of specific incidents. Why it matters: If you ever need to escalate the issue to HR or a higher executive, concrete evidence makes your case undeniable. 2. Schedule a "Clearance" Talk with Your Manager First Before going to HR, try to have a polite, documented 1-on-1 meeting with your boss. Use "I" statements instead of "You" statements. Instead of saying, "You always give me impossible deadlines," try saying, "I want to ensure my output hits the mark. Can we align on a realistic timeline for these tasks?" Follow up in writing: After the meeting, send a quick summary email: "Hi Boss, just to confirm our discussion earlier, we agreed that..." This proves you tried to resolve the issue professionally. 3. Know When to Escalate to HR If you have tried talking to them, your performance is being unfairly targeted, or your mental well-being is at risk, it is time to set up a meeting with HR. How to pitch it to HR: Present it as a productivity and workplace issue. Say, "I want to stay and contribute to the company, but I am facing roadblocks with my manager’s leadership style that are affecting my work. Here is the documentation of what has been happening." 💡 Crucial Reminders for PH Employees Don't Do a "Vanishing Act" (AWOL): No matter how bad a manager is, never just stop showing up to work. Going AWOL can lead to a formal Return-to-Work Order (RTWO), disciplinary action for Job Abandonment, and a ruined professional reference. Always protect your employment record. Understand Clearance & Final Pay: If the situation becomes too toxic and you choose to resign, remember that under Philippine law, you must render your standard 30-day notice (unless an immediate resignation is justified due to severe verbal abuse or safety threats). Your company is legally required to release your final prorated pay and COE within 30 days of your clearance. The HR Bottom Line: You don't have to suffer in silence, but you do have to protect yourself with documentation. Play it smart, keep your receipts, and always prioritize your career longevity over a bad boss's temporary bad attitude. 💡💡 #HRtalks #Badmanagersatwork #HrPartnerNostr image
