I got a really good cold pressed castor oil and I put a tiny bit in my belly button (I was waiting for the patches to arrive in the mail before I do a proper treatment) It's been like 30 mins and suddenly I feel WEIRD like nausea a bit and intestinal discomfort. Anyone on #healthstr do you think it's working already or is this in my head lolol
