How little we were reduced to believe that our vote only counted through a small window that opened briefly every 4 years (at least those in still functioning democracies). Bitcoin votes every 10 minutes. You can vote faster if you change your node software towards what you believe reflects your belief and even faster, every time you spend your stas or local currency. Each transaction is a vote to what you want to see more of, never think your spending makes no difference. It changes you, it changes the receiver, it changes the network.
