Had my first #btc fail in madeira today. Had dinner at nomad restaurant, great food and drinks and team were very friendly. They had the bitcoin accepted sticker, but are just starting out and only had on chain payments which was going to have a $8 fee. They didn't know about lightning. @Charlie ₿⚡️- if you are the guy who has set everyone else up, then I recon a visit from you would sort it. It's the restaurant next to the vsnscape who were on it last night.

So this time 2 years ago, as part of my orange pilling attempt on the Mrs, I offered her a deal, either a bunch of red roses on valentines for the next 10 years, or 100,000 sats every year for 10 years.
