Politics is an important realm of existential proportions. Politics mediates the all-or-nothing attitudes on many different topics around the globe throughout all of human history. I once saw a CEO proudly say he didn't care for politics and didn't use them in his assention or reign blah blah. The political realm exists. It's not all bad or all good (notice the absence of the all-or-nothing attitude). No one can unsubscribe from politics when more than one human is involved. Simply impossible (excluding beliefs). Don't try to fix the politics. Many times it's simply a swarm of all-or-nothing attitudes. Fix your all-or-nothing attitude. Sometimes maximum #freedom is letting go. It's all a relative spectrum.

Are risk-free market interest rates (use FEDFUNDS as the index) going back to zero? We just completed the "steady-state" long term bull run trend in risk-free market interest rates from 1980 until now. We are now entering a "steady-state" long term bear market trend in risk-free market interest rates like the post-WW2 to early 1980s era. Since the federal reserve does not control the dampened "steady-state" long term market interest rates and plays at the margins, if the federal reserve enters the market to force rates back to zero or exits the market and allows a spike, "transient" upset conditions will manifest as either deflationary economic stress (area under the interest rate curves for the rising interest rates case) or crack up boom hyperinflationary economic stress (resonance at the forcing frequency of zero percent interest rates). The economic system as we know it will demand dampened gradually rising market interest rates and gradually rising global M2 to limit the severe economic stress of the deflation/inflation extremes until the transition to a new flavor of economic system is complete. We are kicking the can through the zero boundary interest rate part of the long term cycle right about now and the transition to a new flavor of economic system has begun right about now. I like a little #cafedumonde with my butter. The #lion #carnivore eating lifestyle is currently helping me solve 2 major problems I had my entire life up to as late as 4 weeks ago. Problem 1. Over-eating and Problem 2. Over-consuming alcohol The more I thought about these 2 major lifestyle problems it was really only 1 problem to solve....the OVER-CONSUMPTION OF SUGAR AND CARBS. I now have 4 amazing weeks under my belt with absolutely no over-eating and no alcohol as a carnivore. I feel great and my weight is down from 217 to 201. HINT: It really helped me to understand my sugar/carb related lifestyle problems by learning about insulin resistance. The insulin resistance part is CRITICAL!

I started #carnivore diet 3 weeks ago. For the first 2 weeks it was strict #lion diet. I was amazed at the changes during the first week. I thought old age was the reason for many things but now I'm certain that was not true. Truth is I already feel younger. So far no cheat days, no cheat meals, no cheat bites, no cheat finger lickin' when cooking for others, and no cheat flavors (unflavored electrolytes daily). Posting #bloodwork in 2 weeks.
