What a stupid timeline. Somehow a Barbie movie is the center of a geopolitical dispute? I get that this is Fox News legacy media and is essentially sensationalized fear porn, but the fact that this story could even be run and accepted by people is honestly kind of terrifying. Imagine a country getting annexed over a Barbie movie. Imagine families huddled together by candlelight in the space below their staircase while incoming shells rattle the walls of the homes in their village. Because of a Barbie movie with Ryan Gosling in it.
