Decided to go for a walk and ended up inside a busy indoor shopping centre.
Within 20 mins I felt drained physically and mentally and before long I was craving sweets.
I ended up eating 2 chocolate bars back to back, something I never do. I actually enjoyed the chokkies.
Such is the power of the fake world. They know how to mess us up.
