GM. People that violate the Bill of Rights should be criminally prosecuted. I’m all for agorism and obsoleting the state but it’s a race against time. We can’t allow ourselves to be put in a totalitarian cage in the meantime. All means at our disposal should be considered. Some of the wealth that flows into this space needs to go into changing the game theory around capricious prosecution and rights violations. I’m thinking lobbying state attorney generals. Even if they don’t win every time, the prosecution is the punishment and they’ll think twice. The porcupine doesn’t viciously hunt down its predators it just changes the game theory.
