It's true! We would love if every business that accepted Bitcoin would keep it as #Bitcoin, but not many want to deal with the volatility. This is where stablecoins like #USDC #USDT & #DAI and DeFi come in. Without a bank, and using FOSS, businesses can accept bitcoin, easily convert to a stablecoin and then begin earning a CPI competitive interrst rate on a DeFi platform like Aave.

Edge Wallet: Self-custody wallet review, #CryptoIsCash likes to promote usage of the #Edge Bitcoin Wallet ( edge.app ) because of it's user-friendly, mainstream feel. Compared to a wallet like Coinbase, #Edge offers far superior privacy while still allowing for the easy, familiar username/password/PIN functionality that most people are used to. The multi-cryptocurrency wallet offers buying & selling via fiat currencies, easy trading with numerous centralized & decentralized exchanges making great rates and unique token swaps available to all. Buying gift cards in-app is a snap via Bitrefill. While Bitrefill is a poor choice of card providers (they do not take BCH or XMR), they do have a decent UI and good card offerings. We recommend Coinsbee & eGifter for gift cards. Overall, ease of use, many trading options and seemless self-custody make this one of the best crypto wallets for people new to cryptocurrencies.

We have been doing lots of testing with @bitrequest - Accept crypto anywhere over the past few days using old, donated tablets & phones going as far back as Kit Kat. We suggest using Opera as the browser, when you make a Home screen shortcut, the website functions as an app. Between Samsung and Motorola devices, Samsung is preferred. We are unable to install any APK's on the Motorola device we had (Moto G). Backing up and restoring will need to be covered in the future, but as of now the Share function for back ups is suggested.
