Leather pants spotted in Bangkok! As soon as he came out on stage, the air-con did get turned down to extra cold.. Another great night at The Rock Pub. 
At the pub to watch (OK, partially watch, mostly play PokemonGo) the NRL quarter final. Good day out, tasty pub meal and kid friendly.
Got a bench press PB today! Out of my 5 sets to fatigue reps I got 8,8,7,7,8 ! My spotter was useless though.. #gymstr #fitstr 
Today was my first WaiKru at my school in Bangkok . A lovely ceremony where students ask teachers for blessings. They hand out flowers and the teacher gives a blessing for the year and ties a string around the student's wrist. I was not expecting much as I am new, but I gave enough blessings to need a display, in my best chemistry way. 
The waste beaker after today's chemistry class was quite pretty.
Another 4:55am, another start to the day at the gym.
I am at a pub where a stray cat is somewhat welcome. It has been cleaning itself for well over an hour. That sounds exhausting.
