 I feel like this is how it will be. We will all have multiple accounts and the only ones using it cross-platform will be us, following each other on each account multiple times...because it's opt-in and nobody knows what it is their opting into....🤦‍♂️

Interesting question I never thought to wonder about: If I add a username in Alt-Text, is that person still notified?🤔🤣that'd be ridiculous, but we're on mastodon, where they expect admins to manually moderate hundreds of thousands of posts. So here we are, I'm asking.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that a "Mute Hashtag" button on each Hashtag's "page" next to the follow button, would be useful.🤔 Like if I click on a hashtag, the page that comes up should allow me to mute the tag, just like it allows me to follow it. #Mastodon #Fediverse #Fedi

I really wish I had a life beyond the internet. I did at one point. Then I either fucked it all up or someone intentionally manipulated me and gave me PTSD. Now, I mostly sit in one room, either on social media or playing a video game all day, every day. That's basically my life. It's monotonous.😔
