Years of tinnitus (shit sleep), causing feeling of constant exhaustion, and loneliness. Several siblings struggling financially + there relationships. Parents +80years, health and memory issues. A brother with gradually getting worse mental illness. All make it hard for me not to just give up.. I could abandon all and live on the cheap on SE Asia.. That feels wrong though. Have felt lost, all my life... Now, later in life it feels much more hopeless.. Thanks for listening Nostr..
